About HGMN
HGMN is a sole proprietorship that builds and publishes mobile applications and provides website design services. This privacy policy applies to all applications published by HGMN across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as our website design services.
Data We Collect
When you submit the preview request form on hgmn.io, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), trade/services, service area, current website URL (if given), and a description of your needs. This information is stored securely in our database and used solely to prepare your website preview and communicate with you about our services. Submission data is also processed through Telegram for internal notification purposes. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website Services Data
For our website design clients, we collect only the information necessary to provide our services: business name, contact information, and website content provided by you. This information is used solely to build and maintain your website. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
Push Notifications
Some of our apps may offer optional push notifications. If you enable push notifications, the device token assigned by Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to HGMN servers. Notifications are triggered by local device events, not by a remote service operated by us.
In-App Purchases
Purchases made within our apps are processed entirely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). HGMN does not receive, store, or have access to your payment details. Any data collected during the purchase process is governed by Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies:
Data Sharing & Selling
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Information submitted through our forms is used only to provide our services and communicate with you. We may share submission data with Telegram for internal notification processing.
